When your dick is so tiny it can’t even flop

You know you have a prime candidate for Tiny Dick Tuesday when his dick is so tiny that it can’t even flop over his small lopsided ball bag.

As if that isn’t bad enough, I can’t help but wonder if he jiggled the little nub around beforehand or if that’s completely limp. Hard to tell considering it’s just perched on his nuts due to lack of shaft.
